What age groups do you work with?

We develop players from foundational kids' classes (ages 5+) through high-school, college, and professional-level athletes. Every session is matched to the player's age, ability, and goals.

Where are sessions held?

OCH Performance operates across West Virginia at trusted partner facilities and private fields. Specific locations are confirmed when you book your consultation.

How often should my athlete train?

Most Elite Program athletes train 2–4 times per week with us, supplementing their team sessions. We'll recommend a cadence based on their season, goals, and recovery.

What does the Elite Development Program include?

Year-round individualized programming, technical and tactical training, performance tracking, and access to our full coaching staff — billed as a monthly subscription.

Do you support players pursuing college soccer?

Yes. Our staff has coached at the highest levels of NCAA Division I — including a Men's Final Four and as Associate Head Coach for D1 Women's Soccer — and we mentor players through the recruiting pathway.

A former professional player and NCAA National Champion, Ross brings elite-level experience to every session. He has helped guide NCAA Division I programs to a Men's Final Four and Elite Eight at West Virginia University, and served as Associate Head Coach for Marshall's D1 Women's Soccer program. Combining a UEFA B License with a Master's in Sport Management, he builds players with the same standards demanded at the highest levels of the game.
